Refund never deposited back into my account.
Who can I contact about a refund that was never credited back to my account? The seller has issues the refund and I have no option to mention to Ebay that my refund hasn't been deposited back into my account.

Mentor2 weeks ago@cbren_chris Refunds go back to the payment method used and can take up to a month to show on a credit card statement.
eBay says refunds take 3 to 5 business days but I have seen reports of it taking longer especially on international refunds.

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief, don't go into details.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)

OP2 weeks agoThanks i will give that a try. It's odd because the transaction was done here in the US. The seller states that he has released the funds but nothing is reflecting in my bank account as a refund from EBay.
