Refund never come after returned item,ebay keep the money

I cant talk. With a human for help on eBay,thats bull**bleep**e they hold me 92$ and thats my money look like a still ,im sure they dont have thÃ© right to do that

If you returned an item through eBay's return process and you used a label provided by eBay, when tracking shows the item has been delivered to the seller, the seller should have three business days to refund you. If the seller does not cooperate, return to your eBay case and ask eBay to step in within thirty days.
