refund needed
I purchase a motor with a year warranty. The motor is no good. I have contacted the seller several times and no response. I can not get past ebay warranty option because my 30 day warranty has expired. Ebay will not let me process the refund even though it is under a year warranty. I want ebay to step in and help but I do not have that option due to the 30 day warranty. What can I do? I need my running
