Refund my payment
I purchased an item on 3/24th .and then canceled it at the same day, but I still haven’t get my refund back..
I received a message that saying it will take 2 to 3 business day and it’s been a week already and haven’t got my refund

Have you messaged the Seller and asked them to cancel the transaction? If not do so now unless you actually have notification from eBay that the purchase was cancelled.
If indeed you have an accepted cancellation it may take longer for the money to be put back in the funding source you used for the purchase. did you use PayPal? a credit card linked to PayPal? A credit card directly paid to eBay?
