refund my money to a new car

refund my money to a new car because old card i had stop because they bought a $916 phone on my card so i cancelled it then the seller refunded my money to the old card and i contacted them and they said i had to contact ebay but cant find out how to due this

Refunds go back to the bank account associated with that card number; if you get a new card with a new number from the same bank, the new card should be able to spend the refund amount once it is returned.

If you closed your entire bank account, contact your bank to see how refunds to closed accounts are handled.
