Refund me

Question

Hi, i buy an item, the seller send me a tacking number, but didn't send me the package, when i see, in the item on ebay page show me this: "This listing has been removed for a policy violation", i want to know is my money refund me?

Go to your Purchase history and locate the item. Look at the estimated delivery date. When it is at least 1 day past that date, but not more than 30 days past, you can file a refund request for Item Not Received. The seller will have 3 days to respond with either a tracking number showing Delivered or refund you in full. If the seller does neither, on day 4, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
