Refund item
can somebody help me figure something out?
sold and item that I didn’t know was still listed and now eBay took their fee money and I have to pay with my own money to refund the seller. I don’t got money or time for all that, got my own bills to take care off. What should I do?

I think you mean "... refund the Buyer ..." not seller. What kind of money are you talking about??? Here is a link to the Help Pages on Fee credits and when they apply: Fee credits | eBay
In many instances you get Fees back but there are some situations where you don't ... you know what happened on the transaction so you can check to see what Fees you qualify for.
I assume you never shipped the item right? So what did you do once you realized you did not have the item available to ship to the Buyer?
