Refund issues
The seller refused to refund, closed the refund window. I can't open the case and can't ask eBay to step in. What should I do? The item is illigal to use, nothing was mentioned in description. How can I get help with my case?

Mentor1 week agoDid you file a Refund Request or Return Request? If so, the seller had 3 business days to respond to the request. If they did not do so, you needed to ask Ebay to step in to help you before the request expired.
Sellers cannot close a buyer's request.

OP1 week agoUnfortunately, I cannot open it. The delivery status is not delivered yet. The seller never changed it. Also, they closed the refund window. So, I don’t have an option to open a case or request a refund. I can only report it. I think I am going to try this option.
