Refund issues
Hi how are you? I hope you’re well,
I’m buyer,
I purchased those items from eBay, when I purchased those items i paid product price, shipping cost, and tax on them, but when I returned them I also paid shipping cost, but when I got refunded I saw that I never get back my tax, and surplus money after shipping cost with my refunded and its look like robbery, I’m very disappointed, and I believe eBay will investigate those issues.

Mentor9 months agoIf you did not have a valid reason per the Ebay Money Back Guarantee for the Return Requests, the seller had the option of refunding you for the price of item only.
