Refund issues
Hello
Please help me with a query. A seller gave me a refund of my money, eBay told me that it would take 3 to 5 days for the money to be credited but to this day that has not happened. What should I do if I still don't have the credit?

Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Click on "Order details". That will show you the details of the refund.
Refunds can take several days to process by your credit card company/bank. Sometimes refunds will not appear on your credit card for up to 30 days.

OP1 year agoIn the detail it tells me that it has already been reimbursed. In that case, then I would have to wait since I made the payment from my account through Google Pay. Thank you so much
