Refund issues
I purchased a breyer horse from a seller who claimed it was in Factory mint condition. Upon arrival, the horse had many scratches and discolorations. These major blemishes were not visible while the horse was still in its box. At first, the seller says for me to just keep it because she didn't want it back. Then she offered me a partial refund. I didn't want the horse at all because I promised my daughter a horse in excellent condition. I had eBay step in and I requested a return label. I let her know when I was shipping it back. Now she asked eBay to step in and I get a partial refund and the horse is on its way back to her. What do I do? This horse was not in mint condition and I don't know why eBay sided with her because there's many pictures showing its flaws.

Ebay should side with you, the buyer, since the item was not as described. You should receive a full refund when the seller receives the returned item. If not, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
