·1 year agoIf you refund the customer (or eBay does it for you), the case is closed. eBay will no longer get involved.
If your customer is willing, you can have them repay you via PayPal or another money service, or you can relist the item and let them purchase it again, then just mark it as shipped (most sellers prefer the first option, and eBay will allow it because you had an active transaction with them, it is not considered fee avoidance).
