refund issued
I purchased a dog bark remote from Soddies-Place and now I'm getting an email that says a refund will be issued. Why? I didn't cancel it, why would they? I tried contacting them, but when I put their name in, it comes up with nothing. Please help.

You can find more details by going to your Purchase History, find the item and click on Order Details.
