Refund issue
I listed an item but then decided I didn’t want to sell it. But it was purchased by a buyer and now it won’t let me full refund him. Help please

Ho bra, you really went mess up.
The only way you can cancel the transaction and refund the buyer is given in the link below. Unfortunately, you are going to pay for it. You will have to select out of stock as the reason for the cancellation. Even though you see the payment marked as Pending on the sold item page, the refund will be sent automatically.
You are going to get a defect on your account and could end up paying he final value fees for that thransaction.
