Refund Issue
Hi Everyone!
Hope you are all doing well. I'm facing an issue from buyer. Unfortunately, I sent him a wrong product and he is saying for full refund but, he is not agree on return our product. What we have to do?
Hope so someone help us in this case.

Send the buyer an apologetic note, and ask him to open a return request. Explain that the item must be returned for refund, but that you will pay for the return shipping. If he opens the request, eBay will ask you to accept the return. They will issue the return label and charge you for it.
If he whines, just politely keep repeating please return for a full refund.
