Refund issue 23 of april
Im in Guatemala i used a debit card for payment and no refund yet. Also ebay took a dollar everytime i purchase something 6 dollar now and no refund for that. Help

Mentor5 months ago@chilosan23 The $1 per purchase should have been a pending charge that will fall off after a month or so at the most.
Refunds to other countries do some times take longer
You can contact eBay customer service on social media.
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
