Refund initiated but unable to log in to get QR post
I am trying to return an item and have an email to say I’ve initiated the request. However when I click to get the postal QR it’s giving me an error. When I go to purchases it is not in my account to re initiate. Anyone else had this issue?

OP1 week agoNo not received refund and not been able to post. But it’s not showing as I’ve purchased in my eBay account either even though my money has been taken

Mentor1 week ago@ja7671177 It sounds like you made the purchase as a Guest not logged in to your regular account so it will not be in your purchase history.
LOG OUT of your regular eBay account and follow the steps on this page to track your order track your order and file a refund request if needed>
