Refund I believe is wrong
I saw after the buyer requested a refund for a purchase she paid for I excepted the amount to be all right but I noticed they charge me 16 cents fee for international and I have never sold international. I'm not sure were to go from here. Thank you.

the refund should be completely refunded back to u, if not, is 16cents worrisome for you?
