Hello, how can I contact EBay customer service, since it has been over 90days since the purchase, due to the fact I waited way to long for my seller to refund me, for a fake perfume. It seems I cannot contact EBay customer service and speak to a real human, but only to their AI. Thank you

Mentor8 months agoeBays' Money Back Guaranty is only good for 30 days from receipt of the item. After 90 days the sale is removed from the available list to open a case. Check with your payment source to see if you can open a charge back.
