Refund Help
Hello,
I opened a claim to return some boots I had purchased and receive a full refund. eBay accepted and approved my claim informing me that the seller had to purchase the shipping label on their behalf and refund the complete purchase price. The seller didn't want to cooperate with me at all. They refused to purchase the shipping label for me, and insisted on giving me just a partial refund when they had lied in the description about their product. The seller failed to listen to eBay's refund policy which left me way more disappointed and dissatisfied than I already was with the false description of the boots they had. The seller was very unapproachable and least understanding. I explained to them that it was eBay's policy for them to purchase the return label and send it to me, and on top of that I'm a handicapped elderly person, my condition prevents me from leaving the house often so it would even be difficult for me to create my own label, to which I'll reinforce, the seller was supposed to create and send the return label to me. Overall I'm very disappointed, I had a terrible experience with that seller, they treated me unkindly, they lied to me about the description of the boots, and refused to cooperate with me and eBay's support team. Please let me know what the next steps are, thanks.

Next time: don't communicate a lot with an uncooperative seller. Instead: ask eBay to step in. You can do that 3 business days after opening your return request.
Two steps to take.
A seller can offer a partial refund, but you can deny that.

When you ask eBay to step in, eBay will force a refund and let you keep the item.

The Seller only has so long to issue the label to you ... go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in, you did NOT ask for a partial refund if you filed a Return of the item.
