Refund help
I just wanna refund the seller for the item that the USPS crushed I could care less about having it back because it's completely destroyed. How do I do this? It's not letting me do anything without spending seven dollars on a label. I'm not paying to have crumbs of porcelain sent back to me. Please help.

I think you mean you want to refund the Buyer. If a claim was filed just go to it and issue the refund, once you do that eBay will close the claim and the Buyer can keep or discard the item.
If they have not filed a claim go to the item in your Sold file and use the drop down menu and scroll down to Send refund, click that. This used to be a simple ONE page process but sadly eBay has "improved" the process and it is now 3-4 pages to issue a refund. Just refund the customer in full.
