Refund Gift Card disappered
I recieved a refund as a gift card some days ago, this day i tried to buy some item and use the gift card i recieved but it does not appear as a payment method. I’ve looked into my emails searching for some number “gift card number†to add it manually, but i do not have one. What can i do? Or is it possible to contact an agent?

If the Gift Card was refunded to this ID, you should see it in your Payments Wallet as well as the Checkout page
Also check your Purchase History for the Refund details - not sure if it will show anything there.
