Refund generated in error
I accidentally authorized a refund for an item I’d sold. Can I reverse it? I don’t want the buyer to have to reimburse me

Mentor11 months agoIf you authorized a refund, that means the buyer filed a returns request or an Item Not Received case? Once you authorize the refund, it cannot be reversed.
