Refund from seller
I bought an item that was delivered by FedEx. I received notice it was delivered but once home the item was not at my house. Contacted FedEx and seller and stated this package was not delivered to right address. I opened a case with FedEx and as suggested by FedEx had the seller contact FedEx and do the same. FedEx decided I was correct in the incorrect delivery and issued a refund. That was March 7. I have screenshots where FedEx states a refund was issued back to seller in the online chat. When I showed this to seller. Nothing. At one point the seller even blocked me from sending messages to them. I opened a claim with ebay. Again nothing. Your case is closed item was delivered. At this point I just want my money back. Using the automation chat you get no where with ebay. Called the customer service line and again automation kicks in and states case is closed. I know FedEx has some major problems with their deliveries. This one they agreed it was delivered incorrectly. What can I do at this point? Item was about $126 with tax and everything.

·2 years agoThis is known as a “tracking scam.â€
Seller sends a parcel to an address in your zip code, but not to your address.
When you see delivered (but not to you), you naturally open an “item not received†claim.
Seller uses the tracking to show delivery and wins the case.
eBay checks only the zip code to confirm delivery (not the street address).
You can get documentation from FedEx stating the parcel was delivered but not to your address, then appeal your case to eBay.
If this does not work (it should), you can also go directly to your funding source to dispute the charge.
