refund from seller
05-10692-45942 PLEASE, please help me. I purchased this clock and seconds later, realizing that I had purchased wrong item, I cancelled. Seller told me there are no cancellations. I contacted seller several times. I returned item # 05-10692-45942 in its original packaging. did not open, per seller's request. I have no refund from seller as was promised. I opened a case and somehow it was closed. I want a refund for the item and shipping costs! I am an excellent eBayer and in good standing. Please help me!
