Refund from purchase 13 months ago. The bike is on a recall list and listed as Danger do not use!
I bought an E bike 13 months ago and now the bike is on a recall list and deemed not safe to be used. How can I get a refund. The buyer I bought from no longer has a page or a way to message them. How can I get my money back.

Usually the recall instructions are on the CSPC website
