REFUND FROM ITEMS NOT DELIVERED.
How do I erase requests for refund of three items by the same seller? I opened a case for each one of the items and the seller wants me to open just 1 case for all 3.

The seller must respond within 3 business days to provide a delivery update, offer a replacement, or give you a refund. If the seller doesn't respond after 72 hours, ask eBay to Step In. You must do this before 21 days after the case was opened.

OP4 months agoThanks, I opened 3 cases for 3 items from the same seller that did not arrive. The seller asked me to close the cases and open only one for all the 3 items so they could be refunded . It seemed kind of strange, because I've been looking around ebay's website and there is nothing about reopening just 1 case...

Did you close the cases?
You can't open them again. The seller lied to you.
If you didn't close them, don't. Just let the process run and Ask eBay to Step In in 3 days.
If you closed the cases, I think you'll have to file a chargeback.

DO NOT close the cases, you can't reopen them!
Are you asking to cancel?
Or did your items not arrive?
Or are you asking to return the items?
Tell me more and I can help, but do NOT close the case.
