refund from eBay for funds they kept.
A seller cancelled my purchase because they weren't happy with the sale price. They refunded what they claimed to have received. E-bay kept $19.07 for some reason. How do I contact eBay for refund. The chat bots don't allow for direct contact for customer support. Does anyone know how to get in touch with eBay directly?? Thanks..

eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST
