    I sold a bike on EBay, bought a shipping label for $100 but when I got to USPS, it was too big to ship, shipped FedEx, is there a way to get a return for the label? Zero eBay customer support…

    You don't need customer support for this.  You purchased the label, so you can cancel the label as long as it wasn't used or scanned.  Go to https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub.  Void the label you need to and you will get a credit in your payouts in 2-4 weeks.
