Refund for unused shipping label
I am trying to talk to a representative in ebay to ask when is my refund for a shipping label that I issued but never used will be paid.
Importantly, the shipping company cancelled this shipping receipt the same day I issued a new, right one and used it to ship the item.
Any help, like a customer service phone number, is appreciated.

It can take up to 21 days for USPS to refund the cost of the cancelled label (to ensure is isn't used).

It takes two to three weeks for the refund to come through from FedEx.
