refund for unused product label
In October, I didn't receive a refund for an unused shipping label; the item was shipped using a different shipping label. What's wrong? Please refund my money.

You needed to request cancellation of the label within 28 days of purchase - the refund is not automatic.
It is too late to cancel it now.
