Refund for undelivered items

Question

I have items that I haven't recieved. Contacted the seller multiple times to no response then tried contacting ebay to answer from them either. Im always told its outside the business hours. As well there isnt a place to ask ebay to step in like they claimed in the instructions. So how do I get my refund for the items?

eBay does not have a phone number for general customer service, and calling old or random eBay phone numbers found online is likely to lead to a dead end or worse.

Luckily, there is no need to speak to anyone at eBay to file an "item not received" case or to ask eBay to step in once you have filed such a case, as long as you are within eBay's timeline. See here to check the status of your case or to ask eBay to step in as a buyer:
