Refund for the yearly fee of a Starter Store if canceled

If I pay for the started store year subscription and I cancel after two months will I get a prorated refund?

You pay the annual subscription month by month, just at a lower rate than the monthly subscription.

If you cancel an annual subscription before the end of the yearly period, you will be charged a prorated early termination fee.
