Refund for shipping to buyer as they will pick up

Thanks in advance. I sold a large print in glass with frame. The buyer and I agreed to meet half way as a safer than mailing option. I requested a refund of her shipping but have not heard. When I requested by chat or online it says I will refund the buyer. From my funds. I thought the label money went to EBay.

Very confused what to do?

I have tried calling to speak to an associate of EBay and ALWAYS I get the voice saying either some policy that does not apply, then says YOU HAVE called during our no working hours. Not so. 9:30 am. 11:00 am etc.

How do I refund her her 75.00 shipping and not lose money?

Painting sold for 125. Shipping was 74. Took our 30. fees. thanks for your help.

I saw concierge service you could call but no phone number.

Buyer paid you for item and shipping. You then do a partial refund from your account from this total. However, this is not the way to do this safely as you will have no tracking or confirmation the item was delivered. Best to cancel the transaction and relist with Pickup Only with the agree halfway meet cost. Buyer then receives a delivery/pickup confirmation code for you to scan or input before you release the item to them.
