Refund for shipping to a buyer who has paid . I have tried all the suggestions from the helpline

I have 3 orders to refund shipping . All to the same buyer . If she had not paid already it would not been a problem . The buyer was a repeat buyer so I tile the buyer I would give free shipping . But the page where you could give a refund is no longer available. I have tried all the help suggestions on the helpline . And I have been doing EBay for over 7 years or longer .

Seller Hub - Orders - Paid and Shipped On the orders, there should be a link to refund. Be sure to change the amount, if you don't, it'll refund the whole price.
