Refund for shipping return label
The seller asked me to pay for the cost of shippi g back an item I bought that was good for me. I began the return process. Ebay only refunded me the amount of the purchase but not for the courier cost. I have followed the instruction contactong the seller but no respond. Ebay does nothing to help me.

Yours sounds like a buyer remorse issue (it wasn’t right for you). Remorse returns will only refund the item selling price.
