refund for shipping label for a cancelled order
I cancelled an order at the request of buyer. I had already purchased the label but had not shipped yet. but it didn't refund my account for shipping label and required that i paid them all of the money on the order. how do i get my money back for the label?

If you purchased a shipping label that will not be used, go to your Shipping Labels page and cancel that label. You will then see your refund in approximately 21 days.
