Refund for Return Shipping
Seller sent wrong item. I contacted the seller to resolve the issue as intructed by Ebay. Seller asked that I send the itme back for a full refund. I told the seller they would be responsible for retun shipping, tyhey said it woud be refunded when the item was returned. I mailed the item back to the seller, which they recieved on August 22nd. I reahced out to the seller to get refunded for the shipping. They said they were out of town unitl September 4th. I reached out to the seller on Septernber 13th regarding the refund - no repsonse. I went throught the process to rpeorrt the seller for sending the wrong item. Howeverr, ebay will only provide a return shipping label, which doesn't refund return shipping cost I inccured ($8.60). Should I report the seller as non-seponsive, and if so, how do this resolve my retun shipping costs?
