Refund for purchased shipping label
I have purchased a shipping label and was then informed by the buyer that the shipping information is incorrect. This address is attached to the tracking number so I can no longer use the label. Can I get a refund on the shipping label I purchased?

As long as the label is never scanned, you can void it for up to 28 days. You will see your refund in about 21 days.
