refund for printing label twice
my printer wasn't working the first time I went to print the label for a shipment. So I printed it a second time and I was charged again. I was charged for each one. How can I go about getting a refund?

Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

If it happens again, you can reprint the first label this way

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the label, then from the Actions drop-down list, select Download Label
- Select Print
