Refund for postage label not used
I am a Seller. On March 31, I printed a postage label to send the item to the buyer, but the label wasn't usable so I had to throw it away. I REPRINTED the label on April 1. I have not received a refund for the label I didn't use. The tracking is 9449 0082 0549 8803 4122 24. How can I contact EBAY to receive my refund?

Mentor2 years agoIf you REPRINTED the unusable label within 24 hours, it has the same tracking number, so there is no refund. Had you VOIDED the unusable label, and then selected PRINT ANOTHER LABEL, you only had 5 days to Void the label. The USPS refunds in 2-3 weeks after confirming the voided label was never used.

OP2 years agoOK. So I should have voided the label and printed another one (then it would have had another tracking number). And I would have had five days to void it. This happened once many years ago and I was refunded, so I must have done it right that time! Thank you so much for the answer.
