refund for payment for too much shipping
Buyer sent too much money for shipping. I know we get a discount. Still over paid for shipping. How do I refund?

Mentor3 years agoUse the Refund button on the drop down menu next to the item to do a partial refund.
For the future, review your shipping setup to prevent this from happening.
