Refund for partial broken shipment
Hello, I received my order and it was partially broken. When the box arrived at my house had a big dent in the side and I was buying five Lenox china plates. Now they were just wrap with some paper not with any bubble wrap or anything so I’m not surprised, but one is broken I paid over $240 for this set. What recourse do I have from the seller to get refunded partially for the broken plate?
