Refund for over paying shipping cost
I have overpaid for shipping labels a few times. EBay states they have tried to contact me regarding overpaying.
do they just refund my account like when they charge my for shipping label
I don’t see it in my financial statements

Keep in mind that the refund is coming from the shipping company, eBay is just the middle man.
What shipping carrier was it?
