Refund for non used no printed shipping label.

Question

I have the money in my ebay account yet it womt let me take it out even though says available at first it said account was restricted they removed restriction still doesn’t let me I have spoke chatted to 10 different people and they all say they will fix it then transfer me to someone else

1) Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

- Processing

- Payment Holds (if any)

- Payout, which happens automatically after any holds.

Once you are established on eBay, the money will reach your bank account in a couple of days.

New sellers usually need to wait until delivery to get paid.
