refund for non receipt of item from seller to buyer
Does the refunded money come out of the sellers account when a buyer never receives the item and it is not the sellers fault as the seller has proof of shipment and ebay sided with the seller.

OP8 months agoHi, thank you for the information. I have a receipt from the post office but how would I prove its actually been delivered?

Mentor8 months agoThe only way to prove delivery of the item is with tracking showing the package as delivered. Without tracking the buyer will win any case for an "Item not received". This is why eBay does not sell any shipping service that does not have tracking information. Sellers are free to use services without tracking but they will then lose any case filed for the item.
