Refund for my purchases I haven't received. Both seller stated they no longer have the item in stock
Having difficulty getting my refunds for both chokers I bought August 20,2023.
One seller stated he was out of stock and not giving me a return. The other I requested a refund and still have not received item by the delivery date.

Mentor2 years agoIf the seller cancels on eBay, the refund is automatic.
If the seller does not cancel or ship anything, you can file an "item not received" case the day after the last estimated delivery date. If the seller does not cooperate, in three business days you should be able to ask eBay to step in and refund you directly.
