Refund for items that won’t be shipped
How can I get a refund when the seller state yes that the items were “damaged†immediately after purchase?

Mentor2 years agoIf the seller cancels the sale, the refund is automatic.
If the seller does not cancel or ship, the buyer can file an "item not received" case the day after the last estimated delivery date, then ask eBay to step in three business days later.
