Refund for item that was not as described or pictured
The item I received was not the item that I purchased. It was definitely not the same item pictured. I feel that I was scammed.

If you receive an item that does not match the description, file a "not as described" return within thirty days of receiving it and return the item at the seller's expense. The process is automated; if the seller does not cooperate at any point, ask eBay to step in after three business days.
