Refund for Item that was Never Received
How do I get a refund on a product that I never received. I have submit a claim, it was denied and submitted an appeal. Denied. Each time I have submitted a letter that I received from the USPS stating the tracking number was not to my address. I ordered a monitor and the package for the tracking number only weighed 6 ounces. Any help would be appreciated.
Ebay is not for the customer any more.

Sadly, you have been scammed with the false tracking number one used by criminal Sellers. They are stealing from you pure and simple. The letter from USPS verifying that the item was NOT delivered to your location should have helped you to get a refund. eBay has let you down for sure.
If you used PayPal you might try a refund through them or if you used a credit card try a dispute.
